Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fascitisis is a common foot condition causing pain in the heel and arch, which is generally worse in the morning when one first steps out of bed.  This service not only addresses the foot pain, but focuses on the root cause of the issue, the gait. This is a lower body treatment centering around the fascial lines in the hips, legs, and feet. A combination of trigger point therapy, myofacial release, and cupping is used to balance the connective tissue.
